yamp is an abbreviation of "Yet Another Mixer Program". It is a program, running in an X window, to control your soundcard via the OSS kernel sound driver. This program is specific to Linux.
It queries the soundcard which variables can be influenced, and sets up a notebook control with a page for every variable. Usually you can set the volume of the speakers, bass and treble, volume of the CD player and other input sources. With the sliders on the page, you can set that particular variable for the left and right channel separately.
yamp uses version 2 of the GTK+ toolkit.
Enhancements:
- This version requires version 2 of the GTK+ toolkit.
- It will not work with version 1.x.

Axmjpeg application retrieves JPEG images from an MJPEG over HTTP stream that conforms to the Axis Video API, HTTP Interface Specification.
Axmjpeg retrieves JPEG images from an MJPEG over HTTP stream. The HTTP stream must conform to Revision 2.x of the "Axis Video API, HTTP Interface Specification" (which is available from "http://www.axis.com/techsup/cam_servers/dev/cam_http_api.htm").
Axmjpeg also supports Revision 1.x of this specification provided the optional "Content-Length:" header is enabled.
This tool was written for cammgr, the web camera management software available from "http://freshmeat.net/projects/cammgr". Specifically, it allows cammgr to support the great range of Axis network cameras available from "http://www.axis.com".
However, its easy to come up with other uses for axmjpeg.
The manual page describes the full range of functionality; the basic list is:
- save JPEG images to the same (optionally renamed) file.
- save each JPEG image to a unique file.
- pipe JPEG images to shell commands (for more processing).
- time-based capturing, where only one image per the specified interval will be selected for processing.
Axmjpeg was developed on FreeBSD and tested on a wide range of Unix systems including several Linux variants, HP-UX, Tru64, and SunOS.
Enhancements:
- The image-fetching code was extended to support cameras that send binary headers in the MJPEG HTTP stream.
- This version of axmjpeg is known to support the "SQ IP Cam" and the "GP-280 Network IP Camera."

IMP H3 is the Internet Messaging Program, allows Web-based access to IMAP and POP3 mail servers and provides a range of features normally found only in desktop email clients.

There are several current branches of IMP. IMP 4.1.x is the current production version of the stable branch. It requires PHP 4.3.0 and version 3.x of the Horde framework. It adds new features like crypting support, flexible charset handling, virtual folders for saved searches, a WYSIWYG editor for creating HTML messages, improved MIME message handling, and many more.

IMP 3.2.8 is the latest production version of the previous stable branch. It requires PHP 4.1.0 and version 2.0 of the Horde framework. It adds advanced features such as searching multiple mailboxes, identities, and a hierarchical mailbox navigator, as well as a cleaner, redesigned user interface. As with IMP 2.2 before it, it passes the "MIME Torture Test" that UW makes available.

Portecle is a GUI version of the command-line keytool provided with the Java SDK. The project can create many different types of keystores, generate and store keys and their associated X.509 certificates, generate CSRs, import and store trusted certificates, and perform maintenance on keystore entries.

neurALC project is an open-source cross-platform software for the analysis of multi-electrode recordings.

In the current version it supports experimental data files in the Neural Event Format (NEV 1.x, 2.0, 2.1), and offers functionality to reveal and analyze some of the information contained in such recordings.

It is further intended as a kind of "catalyst" for the development of a free available cross-platform program for the analysis of electrophysiological recordings.

DB_File is a module which allows Perl programs to make use of the facilities provided by Berkeley DB version 1.x (if you have a newer version of DB, see "Using DB_File with Berkeley DB version 2 or greater"). It is assumed that you have a copy of the Berkeley DB manual pages at hand when reading this documentation. The interface defined here mirrors the Berkeley DB interface closely.

Berkeley DB is a C library which provides a consistent interface to a number of database formats. DB_File provides an interface to all three of the database types currently supported by Berkeley DB.

GoldED+ si a substitute for GoldED Fidonet Mail Reader. The project was started in small town near Moscow, Russia. At this time I could not recall exact date of the first patch Ive made. The only thing I could recall is that everything began from fixing annoyable bug which causes impossibility of displaying stylecodes by settings in config. This patch was rejected by official maintainers though some other patches were accepted.

In the middle of 1999 all maintainers of official GoldED left Fidonet and almost lost interest to that project. Version names of GoldED-asa became too long and not fit to MSDOS 8+3 format. Ive asked Odinn about donating a 3.1.x version numbers to me but he just ignored my letter. The final version of GoldED-asa was GoldED-asa10 beta 3. After that project was renamed to GoldED+ and next version was called GoldED+ 1.1.0.

Last stable release is Golded+ 1.1.4.7. Current development version is Golded+ 1.1.5
