Once the file has been downloaded to your computer, extract it by rick-clicking on it and selecting the extract/unzip option depending on your operating system. Once the file is extracted/unzipped, a folder is created. Inside that folder you will find the file that will launch the program. For windows, double-click on Teachings_of_the_Buddha.exe, for Linux double-click on Teachings_of_the_Buddha.sh and select 'run'.
